Privatisation Process

NDPHC appointed CPCS Transcom International Limited as its Transaction Advisors to (i) advise the Management and the Board of Directors of NDPHC on the optimal structure and implementation process for the privatisation and transfer of the generation, transmission and distribution projects in the NIPP portfolio, and (ii) support the administration and execution of such transactions.

The Board of Directors of NDPHC has decided to privatise the generation assets that the company developed and built through a sale of a majority stake in each of the ten companies that own the generation assets.

NDPHC will enter into transaction agreements with the parties selected to acquire the majority stakes in the ten companies following a competitive bidding process.
